Kullu continues to be cut off from the rest of Himachal Pradesh as all roads, including the Chandigarh-Manali national highway, remained blocked for the third day on Friday. Over 1,000 vehicles have been stuck at various places on the highway and the alternative link road in Kullu and Mandi districts, which have been damaged because of the rains and landslides. Most of the stranded light vehicles are loaded with vegetables, which have started rotting.
