The Supreme Court-appointed expert committee headed by former SC judge AM Sapre emphatically declared that there was no regulatory failure on Sebi's part during the sharp rise in share prices of Adani group companies between March 2020 and December 2022, and their dramatic meltdown after publication of the Hindenburg report this January 24.
