Three persons were killed and several others were injured as violence erupted in east Bengaluru and police opened fire, burst teargas shells and lathi-charged mobs that attacked KG Halli and DJ Halli police stations late Tuesday night. The mobs attacked a politician’s house in Kavalbyrasandra over an alleged social media post by a close relative of the politician.
