Uzbekistan’s health ministry has said at least 18 children have died after consuming a medicinal syrup manufactured by Indian drugmaker Marion Biotech Pvt Ltd. Moose Wala killing plotter Goldy Brar caught in US

Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar, the suspected mastermind of rapper Sidhu Moose Wala’s May 29 murder, was detained in California over a week ago and has been in US police’s custody since, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann said on Friday. Goldy, whose roots are in Punjab’s Muktsar, moved to Canada on a student visa in 2017 and built a life in crime from there. He apparently shifted base to the US after Moose Wala’s murder.

12 more cheetahs to reach Kuno, from South Africa

South African minister for forestry, fisheries and environment Barbara Creecy has approved an MoU with India for Project Cheetah, and the papers are now with President Cyril Ramaphosa. With this, 12 more cheetahs will be translocated to Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh to join the eight brought from Namibia in September.
