Uzbekistan’s health ministry has said at least 18 children have died after consuming a medicinal syrup manufactured by Indian drugmaker Marion Biotech Pvt Ltd. Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar, the suspected mastermind of rapper Sidhu Moose Wala’s May 29 murder, was detained in California over a week ago and has been in US police’s custody since, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann said on Friday. Goldy, whose roots are in Punjab’s Muktsar, moved to Canada on a student visa in 2017 and built a life in crime from there. He apparently shifted base to the US after Moose Wala’s murder.
